Crossing Paragould

We are seeking to hire a full-time pastor to join our leadership team in one of two key roles, depending on gifting and experience.

• Pastor of Community and Care - Overseeing small groups, pastoral care, and relational health within our church family.

• Pastor of Discipleship and Outreach - Leading our efforts in equipping the church to serve, reach our city, and make disciples.

We currently have a trusted pastor who can effectively fill the role not selected, so our main goal is to find the right person for our church family – someone who loves Jesus, our church, and our city, and who can help us equip others for the work of ministry.

Roles AVailable

Pastor of Community & Care

This role is for someone with a shepherding heart and a deep love for the church as a family. The Pastor of Community & Care will oversee our small groups, lead efforts in pastoral care (including equipping lay shepherds), and help cultivate the relational and spiritual health of the body. If you have a passion for walking with people through all seasons of life and helping them stay connected to Christ and one another, this could be a great fit.

Pastor of Discipleship & Outreach

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building systems that help people grow while keeping their heart aligned with Jesus’ compassion for the last, least, and lost. The Pastor of Discipleship & Outreach will lead our efforts to equip the church to serve, engage our city, and make disciples who make disciples. If you’re passionate about mobilizing God’s people with clarity and purpose, this may be the role for you.
